WOW it really has been 3mths since I last blogged!!!
I AM A BAD BLOGGER! OMG!
Well I decided to go with something halfway recent ;)
Kirby and Jason's Wedding!
They got married at St. Boniface - I actually went to school there :)
Its a B-e-a-utiful Church built in the late 1800's lots of detail on the walls.

They were sooo laid back and made the day that much easier for me
I act calm and try to stay collected - but I'm oh so nervous.. just cause it is such a special day and I want to make sure I do the best for them and make them happy with the end result :)

They were really a fun group and like I said soo laid back. It was a freeezing cold day, raining off and on, so we weren't able to go outside much but we were able to get a few outside afterward at the Gerst Haus...I believe thats one of Jason's favorite places to go..I love going there myself - great food and drinks! Its a German/American Restaurant if you like kraut balls, fried pickles, reubon sandwiches and large assortment of beers....what? thats what they have ;)

HA! i did get another post up this evening yet!
Alyssa is a senior this year and is the niece of one of my really good friends Erica :)
I am friends with the rest of the family as well - Angie (Alyssa's momma and Erica's older sis) came along for the photo shoot - It was cute how she was talkin about her baby being a senior
You can tell they have a great relationship :)
Alyssa brought along her little rabbit that she's had for like a year
(that her mom told her not to get hahahah)
we had to bust out the umbrella cause we were gettin some sprinkles
- they made for some fun shots :)
I had alot fun with Alyssa and she is a really pretty girl and extremely photogenic!!

Bits of Boston :)

I've been meaning to post pics of my trip to Boston but i've been so caught up in other pics that i haven't just sat down and gone through them - well i still haven't -
these ones below are just ones i randomly selected and loved, so for the time being for friends and family that haven't seen any of the pics yet - i thought i'd give a little 'teaser' :)
I went up to visit my friend Sara who moved there last year. She was doing nurse traveling and Boston was her first assignment - she loved it so much, a permanent position opened, so she took it :) I could see why she feel in love with Boston! Me, I'm not a much of a city girl (neither is she) and i did miss my yard while i was there,
but everyone was so nice and there was just soo much to see.

I love history and find it so intriguing and there is an unimaginable amount of history up there.
I was there for nearly two weeks, at one point I was getting a little homesick, but when it came time to leave - I didn't want to go!!
One day while Sara slept off a twelve hr night shift at the hospital, I hopped on a bus - for the first time...then onto a subway...for the first....it was interesting, but i took the solo subway trip to Harvard to look around and see where i could've went if i applied myself (haha yeah, right) It was amazing to see, once again, the Historic buildings and then to look around and see that its all just normal college kids goin about their business, it was actually move-in week, I was glad cause there were lots of people out and about :)
A few of the other places we went and seen was Rockport MA, somewhere in New Hampshire (haha its late i can't remember), Newport R.I
ok i've gotta stop typing - here are the pictures :)

oops..this is the only Harvard pic i posted - but i love it :D

I think I was waitin for Sara to come pick me up from the sub station downtown cause i couldn't find a bus to get back to her house....haha
but there's a bit of the city ;)

the rest of his family had pigeons sitting on their heads too....

This was Rockport - Sooooooo pretty :) I loved all the boats and we had PERFECT weather the whole time - minus in Cape Cod the one night i was there - i dont want to talk about it ;)

Love love love the colors here...That red...oh man love it.
And this is like people's backyard...just lovely

I want to go back there now and sit on those rocks, just simply sit.

Ok - I'm starting to get back in the routine of posting again
at least i'm trying to get back on track!
Anyways....
Here is Brittany and Patrick - They were awesome - every little thing about their wedding just freakin rocked - from the cake, the SHOES, the colors, umm... their hair..duh ;) Brittany's DRESS - wow - and even down to the badA$* pimp cups. seriously. The only thing that put a damper on the day was the RAIN - it rained ALL DAY seriously non-stop - there was a time during the reception it stopped raining so I pulled Brittany aside to see if I could snap some of her and Patrick while it was still light out and the rain had actually stopped! So we did and I was soooo glad we had that opportunity and did what we could with it! And I believe they are too :]
Despite the rain I think everything turned out really well and everyone had a fabulous time :D

Dom & Justine were such a cute and genuine couple!!
Dom is the brother of one of my really good friends Tessa :), who I became friends with in High School and have remained friends with ~ so i know the family pretty well and they could not be a nicer group of people :)
There was great cooperation and participation from everyone!
Like I've said before, pictures don't lie and you can see the genuine happiness from everybody.
They had a really fantastic day - it was a little hot but nothing we couldn't handle :)

Nick and Jenny could not have asked for any nicer of day - it was perfect:)
We started the day bright and early at On Broadway Guys and Dolls to get hair done by the wonderful crew there - Then made our way over to the church where i met up with the guys and then continued to snap shots of the girls getting ready :)

Isaac+ Luke+Madelan

Madelan made it back for her 9 mth pictures and well of course Isaac and Luke made it too!!
Kari wanted to get some closer head shots of the kids to put above their mantle - so we got some close up ones and have quite a few in B&W - well simply cause B&W is awesome and it looked good with the photos ;)
We took some inside at my place and then headed down to my parents where "the buffalo roam" - the boys LOVE seeing the buffalo and its a must every time to go see the animals :)
so we grabbed some shots over their too!
Madelan is such a happy baby and is constantly smiling - Kari says thats not always the case - but every time i've seen her it has been!! She's got alot to handle having 2 older brothers -
(I know the feeling having two older and one younger myself!)
But she'll be tough and they are really good with her :)

Sooo i've been a little behind on blogging lately but I'll go ahead and disappoint some people and post these photos...haha...no kids or couples right now - soon tho for sure...
I guess a couple weeks ago i couldn't sleep cause my dog was missing (but now found :D) and then i heard thunder and that worried me even more - so i really couldn't sleep - It was like 3 in the morning and so the nerd in me decided to get my camera out and test my skills with some lightning pictures - I couldn't resist cause this lightning was crazy...I've always been obsessed with lightning and use to want be a storm chaser. I dont know how many times i've seen the movie Twister - my mom use to often tell me that i should be a meteoroligist...HA! I'll just take pictures, thanks and enjoy it that way :)
But here are a couple that i took - no photoshop either!
These pictures dont do the storm justice but i'll do better next time :)

Easton 18 mths

Easton is another kid that i've been taking pics of since he was 3 mths old! its so fun watching him grow!! I can tell you right now - Easton is gonna be a little heartbreaker - he is so stinking adorable :D and he doesn't even know he's being cute - well he might ;)
His parents got married earlier this year and he was the little ring bearer and they wanted a few shots of him in his little outfit - but i couldn't take just a few of this little boy in a bowtie and suspenders - are you kidding me?! I probably took the most of him in that outfit...I'm a sucker for kids and bow ties & suspenders...i don't know what it is... actually, really cute is what it is....

Noah 2 yrs

Its my little buddy Noah again! he's always so much fun - I've been taking his pictures since he was 3 mths old! I can't believe how big he has gotten!! Already 2 years old!!!
He still has his same little chuckle that he had when he was a little younger - some of these pictures i can just hear him laughing! He had alot of fun rolling around in his little John Deere Tractor - he was loving rolling over his mom, Jill's, feet - it was so cute...but she may have left with some bruises..haha..when we went outside - he has an obsession with rocks..and i think wanted to throw them...instead we would find him those little gumballs that fall from the tree and have him throw them towards me instead...once he hit my lens right smack dab in the middle...he thought that was hilarious!

Kyle and Lindsey are a couple of friends of mine that i went to high school with and the last couple of summers have played rec. softball with - and they are infamously know (to me) as the "dynamic Duo haha - why? cause they are total Bada#$' at softball sorry -they are.
and they are totally the dynamic duo in real life too. haha
The first day we tried for photos it started raining so we weren't able to make it down town - so the following week on a much nicer day we followed up with downtown pics - so over course since i tend to overshoot anyways...if to overshoot is even possible ;) i couldn't decide on what pics to post - so they have a bajillion pics..but i narrowed it down the best i could....enjoy :)

Apparently the time we took photos wasn't exactly the best time for Caroline but i think we got some great photos of her and she did really well!

Here is another nephew Caleb his older brother Isaiah will be 3 in September! My niece Carmen (the oldest) and my nephews (her little brothers) Evan and Ethan were due for some photos :) I hadn't even gotten any pictures of Ethan yet until now! He's 3 mths, well now about 4 mths! and Carmen just turned 5 (more like 17) and Evan will be 3 in September! Quite a handful when trying to get a pic of all 3 together ;) Especially since they know me so well and do not like to sit even for a minute! So we let them run and tried to see what i could get - Evan found my stash of blow-pops and of course with his sweet tooth -
he didn't give up so easily on trying to get one ....
so we DID give up easily and give in ;)
I can't help it. So they got suckers and made a sucker out of me ;)

Amelia has to be one of the HAPPIEST babies ever!!
She was soooo smiley and bubbly - and the pictures show her happiness!!

Kyndall was such a curious little girl! she may have only looked at me once and then it was off she went! ;) With all the curiosity she's gonna be a smart one - i love watching kids learn and wonder :)

It was really hard for me to narrow down pics of Little Miss Alyssa - we got so many and she was just so freakin dag on cute - i dont know if dag is a word - haha- but i say it...
anyways...she was really quite animated and full of energy and knew how to work the camera -especially with the reward of scooby fruit snacks ;)
she kept me on my toes and was alot of fun!

not quite sure what we told her was out the window..but she's obviously looking pretty hard for it....for something that probably wasn't there :( that breaks my heart now that i think about it. actually its usually not me that tells kids theirs something outside and theirs really not....except for around Christmas time I always say to watch for Reindeer -cause, well you never know when you might see them fly by ;)

My cousins Quinton, Elianna and Ezra came for some spring time pics again this year :)
I don't think Ezra was feeling well but we still got some cute ones of him :)
Each one of them has their own amazing hilarious personalities - I can't imagine how much Adam and Stephanie crack up with them!

this freaking cracks me up! I dont know why- they're all standing straight up with the same distance between each other and looking in completely different directions - which you'll have that with 3 curious kids!!

Stephanie said it reminds her of that "American Gothic" painting of the farmer w/ his pitch fork and wife...i told her it reminds me of the twins off of "The Shining"- not that creepy but something about it is eerie to me ;) maybe I'm just weird.

Here is the Adorable little Madelan :)
She is such a happy baby! I'm sure she gets a little roughed up by her two older brothers - but like me - w/ 3 brothers - it'll only make her tougher ;)
So the whole time the boys were running around - and normally they don't want their picture taken as much - but when it was just Madelan's turn they were all over the camera ;)
sticking either their face or hand in front of my camera - I found it rather humorous - Luckily my good friend Sara - their cousin - well they call "Aunt Sara" - which she pretty much is - she was home from Boston and able to help restrain the boys :)

Megan was so fun, easygoing and laid back :) She's graduating this Spring! So reminder for all you kiddos graduating NEXT year get your pictures taken this summer or fall!!
We had alot of fun crackin jokes and freezing our butts off outside!
It decided to be flippin freezing that day; she was quite a trooper...

Abby & Blake got married in Owensville - It unfortunately was rainy and gloomy that day and we were unable to take the outside pictures that we had planned on - we just made the best of the weather situation and continued on inside :) They had such a fun group of bridesmaids and groomsmen! I think they were constantly cracking jokes and crackin each other up! They also had the cutest little miniture bride and ring bearer. They were BEYOND cute! at one point she asked him how he wanted her hair to look! Blake and Abby were so nice and so was their whole family - very laid back and easy going :)

Patrick and Brittany were such troopers when I took their pictures! It was FReeZing and windy that day and they've been living down in Georgia so they weren't so used to the freezing weather anymore - but they did good :) We went around downtown and luckily some of the buildings blocked the wind.... They were so cute and Brittany is so stylish - I'm looking forward to their wedding day! The weather is going to be the Exact opposite of what it was like that day cause they're getting married on the 4th of July! Hope there's fireworks ;)

Little Isaac and Luke got a new baby sister Madelan! This was mainly supposed to be for her 3mth pictures...but it turned into an Isaac and Luke production ;)
It was so cold and nasty out the day they came so we were stuck inside and keeping these boys in an enclosed environment is quite a task ;) hahah - well they're used to coming here and roaming around outside and looking at all the animals and weren't able to this time :(
Kari and Jacob definitely have their hands full with these little rambunctious boys! They're so cute though and now they have a little sister in the mix!

My Good friend Rachael decided to get together with her brothers and sister and their spouses and kids to get a family photo done as a surprise to her parents for Christmas - sooo one weekend when they were all in town they came out and we got some group pictures :)

I usually end up going over to my brothers house to take pics of his kids, Carmen and Evan around Christmas time....so i did again this year - and i definitely have my hands full with these two....Evan just loves attacking and wrestling me as i'm trying to take his picture...if he's not jumping on me he's running from the camera...and Carmen she likes to get her picture taken sometimes...her favorite thing is to make funny faces and then have me show her...i didn't know what i was going to get out of this but we got some cute ones and i can never get enough of my own niece and nephew....and they now have a new little brother that is about a week old....Can't wait to show him off too!!

Evan being a little stinker butt - yes i call him that....he's got such a cute Smile!!! ;)

I know its a little past Christmas but my internet is down and i brought some files over to see if i can blog on my brothers computer for now until i get mine fixed :(

Anyways here is Amelia - she is such a happy baby! it was hilarious cause her mom Rachel forgot something at home and i said it would be ok if she wanted to run home and i could work w/ Amelia until she got back.....so i was done with one outfit and needed to change her into her dress.....now, i have alot of experience with kids and dressing them....and i was hurrying to get her dress on and take the pictures...and Rachel came back when i was just about done with that dress and she was ready for another change....as Rachel started to change her into her last outfit....she paused and goes "Oh my God...her dress is on BackWARDS!" hahahha i froze and then fell to the ground laughing hysterically.....you can't tell...so yeah - but needless to say - it was hilarious - after i had been running around and trying to take her pics by myself i really should have seen it coming :)

so cute!

The Shanks family returned this year for some holiday photos....The two boys Hunter and Tanner are sooo funny! Hunter starts off shy and then once he gets goin....he gets to talkin..hhaha..and then the Tan Man he is a ball of fire!! he was all over the place and totally stealing the show!! he was cracking me up! they were all so nice and i had a lot of fun with this group! Little Miss Lauren came back for her 4 yr pictures - i think this kid needs to be in commercials - i don't even think she knows she's being cute! her and her little brother got a few shots together as well - and since her birthday is somewhat close to Halloween - they got a few with their Halloween costumes! I'm sooo glad that these turned out! we were in a bind with what to do - i didn't have space at the time for this many people and the day we took pictures it was Pouring down rain so we couldn't do them outside ....so since Mike is a builder and had an empty house on hand that had nice wooden floors and windows - we met there and it all worked out :) I was pleased with what we got - the kids were having a lot of fun sliding in the socks on the wooden floors and playing all over the place -it made some fun photos :)

The Kniese family was sooo much fun! The nicest beyond nice people! Little Drew was sooo much fun - as we started to walk around he kept asking "so are we going on an adventure?" - when he said that i was like - YEs! we are going to get along Great! hahah he's so smart and would ask questions about everything and make statements and observations about anything. You can definitely tell their world revolves around Drew - He has a couple of great parents that have taught him so much already and you can tell he makes them soo happy :) I can guarentee there is never a dull moment with this child! - if you remember an earlier post of a little girl named Greta - well they're cousins!! i would LOVE to see them both together - they remind me alot of each other -

Blake and Abby came this fall for engagement photos and i had alot of fun with them :)
i was squatting in the weeds and climbing on logs that i fell off of and thought i was about to bust my camera - but it was safe :) i only suffered a few minor cuts and bruises....i played it off like i didn't about twist my ankle or bust my face....hahah
But we had aot of fun and i think we got some good ones of them :) I dont think these two can take a bad picture!!!!!
Abby and Blake are getting married this Jan. 3 so look for them sooooooon :)

I don't even know where to begin - but Amber and Todd (and Remington) are really good friends of mine - that like to convince me to act like a dog to get the attention of Remi - who is what i call my C.F.L. (companion for life) - we like to sit in the back seat of Amber's car and stick our head out the window together - hahahaha - it happened once ...and i probably shouldn't tell people that but .....i just did - hahahahah :)
We took these pictures at Burdette Park and there were other dogs being walked and so to get the attention of Remi, Todd thought it be funny to tell me to act like a dog (i don't think he thought i really would..)....sooo.. i barked and panted a few times to get her to look at me....hahaha and thats probably why they're laughing in a few of the pictures...cause there i was rolling around in the dirt and leaves on the ground acting like a dog and doing a turkey call......yeah, some may call it crazy, but i call it pure Dedication :)
